Porterhouse Steaks
T-Bone steaks and Porterhouse steaks are the same. The Porterhouse is just a larger version of the T-Bone because it is carved from the larger portion of the tenderloin. A Porterhouse is the “King of the T-Bones”.A lot of people will try to tell you there isn’t a difference between a porterhouse steak and a T-bone steak. All it takes, they say, is one look at the same T-shaped bone – meat on one side, more meat on the other – to know they’re the same cut of meat.
